Takes me back to the lazy summer days of my youth...we had no problem laying in the grassy fields. Now I worry too much about chiggers!

That's really pretty I can almost smell the grass!

It's too hot for that here right now and the grass is likely to be inhabited by fire ants! But yet I love your words :-)

Hi Wheezer ~~ You are doing good with this haiku. Just laying in the sunshine. That is for the young when they get together. They can talk and be still and think.
..
My Doc said laying in the sunshine caused my skin problems. This was Monday as he cut away some more Squamus Cell Carcinoma patches.

Great minds run together. My haiku said " ... helps my soul as well."

I'm sure I will pay for it some day, but I so love the feeling of the sun on my skin - as long as it isn't humid and there's a breeze!
