Perfect for a new year with everyone having their own expectations and hopes, the sky today looked like it was ready to deliver something.
There was talk about maybe some snow flurries or sleet. Being in eastern central Georgia, all it takes is for the meteorologists to talk about a chance and everyone jumps into high gear.
I heard on the news that they were even delaying the opening of schools.
We'll see what the morning brings, but I don't think we're going to see what everyone is hoping for.

Nice picture. We had ice yesterday morning, but not much where I lived. My daughter's school was not closed like some others. Hopefully it won't be bad there.
It is 18 degrees here which is unheard of!
we got a nice dusting of snow. some remmnants are still present.
